Not something I'm particulary proud of, but I used pirated gog version as a "free trial" for personal reasons, 5 hours later in I got myself legal steam copy. I uninstalled the first copy, and instelled the right one, and all the saves were intact. They should be stored somewhe in personal windows documents folder by default.
Answers. Almost certain you can't transfer your save for 2 reasons: 1) It's pirated so it might not work (btw why pirate the game? It's literally only £10 for at least 60 hours of playtime) 2) You'd be doing a Steam+Nintendo switchover and I don't think that anything can transfer data from the switch and upload onto your save file from steam.
